Very pleased with the responsiveness and knowledge of the office staff - Ferris and Robbie answered my questions and made sure I understood their scope of work. They were prompt in assessing our moving needs and accurately judged the time and resources to get the jobs (pack, load, unload) done.

The guys (Trace, Byron, Nick, Jared, Dalton, and Tyral) did a great job staying on task and on schedule. They packed the house in one day, loaded the next day and traveled to the new destination, and unloaded the third day. They were courteous and helpful -- assembling beds, connecting a washing machine and dryer, and connecting a refrigerator. They did all of this with a great attitude.

Very bad experience! Talked to a representative and he offered no compensation. Argued with the director of the apartments, basically called me a liar when my power loveseat didn't work on one side. If they move any power furniture for you be sure to show them it was working when they pick it up. Take everything out of your chest and dresser drawers, even if they say it's okay to leave stuff

The office staff (Sabrina) was thorough and friendly and professional throughout. I also spoke with another woman there and I apologize for not remembering her name, but she was the same - always a pleasure to work with both of you. The men called to let me know they were running early, everything went very smoothly, and they were professional and polite and careful. Highly appreciated!
