I’m still unpacking boxes and so far I’ve found 4 broken items.
The box clearly marked Fragile Glassware. Box was stacked upside down. Also my television credenza had a large scuff mark on one corner.
When I got my email from you on condition of goods, someone had forged my initials. Please look at all initials, the is a huge difference.

The team both office and on site were great! I was able to secure a 2nd truck mid pack on moving day, which saved the day for us. If it wasn’t for the team I don’t know what we would have done as we needed to be out of the house the same day.

I am so grateful for this service. My family has used this service for years, and everyone is always so nice. So when I had a mini emergency that required me to suddenly move in a week, this was my go-to. From the office team to the moving team, they were awesome. I was actually considering using another company but they immediately wanted me to just through hoops so I went back to your company.
