The day of the move was icy and freezing. We lived in a 2-level, 2nd floor apt in a bldg with no elevators. And we were moving into another 2nd fl apt in the same complex. We were impressed with how professional and helpful the team was even though the move was not easy. And the 1st thing they did when they walked into the new apt was put down a sturdy cloth to protect the carpet.
