It is not okay to charge people additional fees 2 days after moving and settling the origional bill. Especially when the driver's state ted the start time and I and the driver signed off and agreed upon that time.

As outlined in our paperwork, billing begins once the truck arrives on the premises. Our team arrived at 8:05 a.m., which means the hourly rate should have commenced at 8:15 a.m., rather than 8:30 a.m.
This matter has been addressed internally as a coaching opportunity for both our team and your moving crew to help prevent similar miscommunications in the future. We regret the confusion and appreciate your understanding.

The three guys were great during the move. They were very friendly and courteous to us. They too great care in loading and unloading our furniture and boxes on and off the truck. All the furniture was wrapped to prevent and damage.

I was able to schedule my move with just 24 hours notice, the morning of the move the moving crew called me to let me know they were on their way and they moved all of the furnishings and boxes in a very careful but expeditious manner with no damage.
I would highly recommend using Two Men and A Truck for your next move.
