Robert and the guys were great handling our moves. I appreciated their decision making skills and when it looked like we were getting close to our allotted estimate time he and the company reached out to me with options and discussed what the most cost effective method would be. We did back to back moves with them and they were all professional.

It was a very stressful day, and I got a little snappy, but the staff understood my mood ( I was putting my mom in a lockdown memory ward, and feeling overprotective, guilty and out of control) they talked me down off the ledge and were quick, efficient and everything arrived on time and in great condition. My husband noticed how respectful, and nice the "guys" were. Thanks again !!!

My move was 25 June 2026, the team left a significant amount of items behind. I have been trying to work with Garrett Newhouse for resolution and now have forwarded pictures and received no response. When speaking with Debbie in the office, he's out of the office, she refused to give me his cell #, his office voicemail, nor the franchise owners information so I can get my items.

At the completion of the move, you were not present for the final walkthrough; your mother was present and completed the walkthrough with the moving team and signed off that everything had been loaded into our truck. After the loading of your belongings was completed and the movers began their drive out of state, you contacted our office regarding items you believed were left behind. Our team offered to turn around and retrieve the items, but that option was declined and you stated you would retrieve them yourself.
Since then, we have continued to work toward a resolution and have offered additional options, including assisting with shipping costs for the remaining items or returning the items at a significantly discounted rate. We remain committed to addressing concerns through our established process and working toward a reasonable resolution.
