Leading up to the move the sales person was super helpful and knowledgeable of my specific needs relocating to a new state. The moving team was efficient and fast and was able to readjust due to an unexpected storm 24 hours before scheduling to move my overall experience was incredible thank you to the team for getting me and my daughter settled!

The booking process was efficient. The manager at the office that I spoke with the day after my move was polite and responsive. But I contracted for movers — the worst part of the interaction was the moving service itself. Loading the truck - HORRIBLE Multiple items left behind. Unloading the truck — BAD. Boxes. not properly stacked. Bed not reassembled correctly. TV not unwrapped, etc.
