The gentlemen were very nice and immediately took care of business and allowed me to put the legs on the bottom and then lifted it up because they knew I was going to need some help to do it they went above and beyond!

My experience with the office and communication through process of move and after move was great.
As far as movers, and the move it self experience was not the best. Screws were missing for a bed frame, bed frame was put together incorrectly and sofa got dirty during move due to not being wrapped properly. The management made it right with fixing bed but move was not best for how much I paid.

Our two movers worked hard, did great, and maintained a positive attitude all day.
The only suggestion I have is that the company should make sure they have all the moving straps, dollies and hand trucks that they need to make their job quicker and easier.
