Jacob, team leader and the three men on the team were respectful , polite, kind, patient and never complained despite most of my furniture being made of heavy oak. All my furniture was wrapped and there was no damage to any furniture or packing totes.

The 3 man crew that was assigned to me were absolutely fabulous. They were so professional and courteous and efficient. Everyone we interacted with: movers, customer service, etc. were great. Jac was very communicative and nice. Slayton and Crutcher did a great job with moving us from Memphis to Minneapolis. The weather was 17 degrees and they were troopers, hauling all the heaviest furniture to the basement and second floor of the new house.
