It was raining the day of my move so they didn't use the ramp. Maybe invest in some nonskid covers for the ramp so they can use it in rainy weather.

Although I underestimated the amount of pounds to move, the move took much longer than anticipated. The grill also got left behind leading to me taking 2-3 hours out of my schedule to return and get it. I will have to find a way to get it into my car. The cost was exorbitant and the time and speed and rate of the movers was a disappointment compared to prior experiences w the company.
