TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is much more than just a moving company. We live and work in the same community as the people we serve. Throughout the year, several campaigns are ran to support various causes. We believe giving back brings the community closer together and allows us to spread awareness. Here are some Charitable Events that we support.
Movers for Moms®
To start off, MOVERS FOR MOMS® is an annual donation campaign in support of struggling mothers. This event involves the collection of essential items that one may use (diapers, deodorant, etc) on a daily basis. The event runs in the spring, and received items are then delivered to a shelter the weekend of Mother's Day. Since its establishment in the 1980's, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has made MOVERS FOR MOMS® a successful tradition. In 2025, over half a million items were collected and donated nationally. Each year, they aim to increase their donation count and rely heavily on the community to make it happen. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK partners with several businesses in the community to act as a "drop-off" host for collecting items. Doing so helps spread the awareness for consumers going about their day.
Movers for Mutts®
Next, MOVERS FOR MUTTS® aims to provide essential items to our little fur creatures that are struggling to find a home. Blankets, soap, toys, and restroom pads are sought-after donations that would help these animals settle in. This campaign is held during the fall season, with hopes of bringing warmth, fun, and a possible donation to each pet while they await their forever home.
Movers for Meals®
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK proudly hosts an annual food drive called MOVERS FOR MEALS®. This donation drive is held between September and November, and concludes just before Thanksgiving. By partnering with local businesses and schools, the community is highly involved and engaged in helping feed the less fortunate, items are donated to a local shelter, because no one should be left hungry.
Movers for Military®
Another event hosted yearly is MOVERS FOR MILITARY®. Giving back to the men and women who served is important to us. Collecting essential items (shaving cream, socks, body wash, etc.) helps those in need freshen up and get back on their feet. Items are donated the week of Veterans Day to local shelters that are dedicated to serving veterans in need. Although we can not repay their sacrifices, we appreciate and respect all they have done.
Truckload of Warmth®
Last but not least, TRUCKLOAD OF WARMTH® is an annual donation drive held during the fall and winter season that aims to provide blankets, gloves, jackets, and more to individuals who are unable to stay warm while temperatures drop as low as freezing (and below in some cities). The goal is to fill up our truck with as many thoughtful donations as possible, for those in need to feel not only warmth, but love.
Giving back to the community is one of our core missions. As we aim to MOVE PEOPLE FORWARD®, we look to contribute to our community through various donation campaigns, sponsorships, and more! During these events, we also search for partners willing to be a "drop-off" host and contribute to spreading the word! It is a tradition of ours to give back, and we encourage you to do the same!
