The guys were very good, personable and professional. One thing that did not make us happy was the fact they told us unit 1 was totally empty. When we went back to sweep it out they had left some blankets and framed pictures.

The office staff made Setting up appt with checklist very easy. I had to make changes once before move, and they were very accommodating. Actual movers gave us a courtesy call and arrived on time. Everything was well wrapped and handled with care. No problem moving our sleep number bed. They were familiar with how it worked. During our move we received a call from office to make sure everything was going as expected. At the end of the day we noticed a metal u shaped bed bracket was missing so we called and they found it in truck. They delivered it to us the next day. We have used two men and a truck successfully before which is why we scheduled them again. We also saved money as move did not take as long!

Movers were great. Never stopped working. I would recommend to all.

This move couldn't have been easier. The day I requested was immediately available and the price was reasonable. The best part of the whole thing was the movers, Tyree and Anthony. They took great care of us and all of the household goods, and didn't even flinch when I asked them to make a couple stops on the way to drop various things off at different locations. I'd hire these guys again and specifically ask for this crew.

I would've rated all categories as excellent, if it weren't for these two issues. First, the movers disassembled and moved our master bedroom's dresser / mirror, but did not reassemble it at our new house. The mirror is still sitting on the floor. Second, it appears that the movers broke something on one of our refrigerator doors. It makes a loud clunking noise when opening and closing it now. It did not do that prior to the move. I reported these issues to your office staff, after the move, but have yet to hear back from management about a resolution. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me to get these issues resolved.

Geno and his partner were extremely fast, courteous, efficient and nice. The office staff that set up our move were also great.

The three young movers were courteous and careful. One suggestion, use more of the padded covers when the truck is packed tight. Even though most of the larger pieces were wrapped in plastic film, some of the edges and corners were rubbed against each other resulting in a few scratches. Not enough for me to complain about but it might be for your next client.
