In my lifetime I have moved 16 times. The past 4 Times were by two men and a truck. The other three times were fine however this particular move was the most horrible experience I have ever had moving. They had looked up my previous moves and figured 3 to 4 hours based on past moves. I had moved over 30 boxes myself prior to the move, And my children no longer lived at home so there was actually less items to move than previous moves I have used with two men and a truck. The job took over 11 hours to do, they broke furniture, the driver was getting irritated because it was taking so long which was not my fault , my bed was an old waterbed that had a regular mattress in it that they had to take apart and put back together which was Put back together crooked. Never again.

This started out fairly well and endly badly. The guys were very nice and worked hard, but there was a lot of misunderstanding about the service. The initial inventory list was not clear, so the number of things to move was way underestimated. Because I could see no space for number of boxes and the inventory said they would assume 100-200 for a house, I thought I was covered. They assumed I had none! Who moves with no boxes at all? They only brought a few blankets to protect furniture, so there was a fair amount of dents and scratches when we were done. One table pedestal was split from top to bottom, and a lamp was pretty much destroyed. I tried to register a complaint, but no one has bothered to respond. Our next experience with another Two Men was great!

This is my 5th time using your company and I am never unhappy with the services. There was one item damaged, which was a first occurrence and it is of no fault on anyone's part - it's simply a bottom heavy, item that is deceiving when you first look at it to lift it. I am still waiting on the repair of this item but so far, the office's response time was good.

Everything was OK, except they did cause damage to the wall in which they did do a damage report. You called right away to let us know that your employee submitted it and your dry wall person was on vacation and have not received any communication on fixing the damage you created since that initial phone call. I would not recommend you until you come and fix the damage your team created.

We would have given an Excellent in all categories but one of the delivery guys tracked mud into the house. Two Men & a Truck we wonderful about having the carpet cleaners come out and we are currently waiting to have them arrive.

Just because items are stretchwrapped doesn't mean they won't get scratched. I have pieces that got scratched, etc. There was also a leg from my dining room table that fell off the truck, wasn't wrapped in any way, luckily it didn't break. Maybe the movers need training how to recognize antiques and expensive pieces. If they are not sure they should ask the folks who hired them.

The men were friendly, professional, and strong. A couple of items were slightly damaged but otherwise, great job.

a large gash was put in my dining room table, made complaint with no follow up. Queen size bed was left broken and not fully put back together, it is no longer useable. 2 dining room curio glass shelves are broken, glass left on floor by movers (never let us know). Movers removed kitchen table top and ROLLED table top down tiled hall...needless to say, that the edges of the table are ruined. Very unhappy, very bad experience overall. Very disappointing, as our last time using Two Men was the opposite experience...and when visiting the office we had been very pleased with how courteous employees had been.

our movers attitudes were professional and friendly. Some of the care of our items were not handled with care I did have a wooded table badly broken and was not told about it. (It was clearly broken and non repairable) Items were not moved to the proper rooms as asked which is why I payed for a moving company. No I have to carry my items from my garage up a flight of stairs. Not happy about that one. Items were hap hazzardly stacked in my garage no method of maddness. Would I reccommend you? Yes as a last result.

From our first interaction in the office with Aldo to the loading & unloading of mom's precious furniture pieces we couldn't have been more pleased. Mom was moving & downsizing into an assisted living facility and Sam & Tyree told my 93 yr old mother that her special pieces were special to them as well and they would take good care of them. They were professional and polite. We would not hesitate to recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to family & friends.
