The crew sent to help me out was awesome! Even though there was an almost two hour delay due to miscommunication on my side, they all kept their cool. This team did not waste any time either in wrapping furniture or in transit. All were well mannered and quiet.

I was totally and completely satisfied with the job that the team did. Polite, efficient, safe, and respectful sums it up. Two big treadmills and not one hint of a scratch of damage. It was a tough job considering one went in the basement and the other on the second floor.

Overall happy. I had 2 large, heavy and awkward oak pieces that needed to be moved from my second level to my garage. I was glad not to have to enlist family to move the pieces. The only reason for the 3 stars was after they left I noticed a decent sized dent in my wall at the top of the stairway. Maybe they didn’t know they hit the wall. I don’t know, but was disappointed to find it.

We could not be happier with our moving team! Although we did experience a small accident with some damage to our couch the team handled it like true professionals. They made sure we were completely satisfied with our experience and how the hiccup was handled. Would recommend a million times over
