Everything went smoothly except that 2 of the items on my list never made it on the truck. I didn’t notice on my last walkthrough. I have to figure out how to get them to my new address.

Movers were friendly and courteous. They moved quickly but didn't pay attention to the labels on the boxes. I'm sure its going to take time to find all the damage that was done. Items marked "this side up" and "fragile" were smashed and not right side up. A recliner arm was broken off and my 65" tv was left behind without telling me.

The movers did an exceptional job, handling everything with care and moving quickly. They shaved an hour off of the originally estimated time and were super nice to work with. I will definitely be using two men and a truck for all of my future moving needs.
