The "in house" move went well. Terrence and Will were the movers on this date. We had several larger items moving in between several rooms and in-house moves. They did a good job and were constantly working towards completing the tasks at hand. Very efficient. We have newly refinished REAL wood flooring and their approach and care for the floor worked - no impacts to the new finish. Thanks again!

Our moving team was great. They moved stuff from two seperate locations to a third location. All three locations were an the 2nd floor. They were efficient and fast. All 3 guys were friendly and had a great sense of humor. They even helped us move some existing items at the 3rd location. I highly recommend and enjoyed working with them!

I was not sure what to expect but Dave and Terrence set my mind at ease. They got right to work and were efficient, moving from piece to piece treating everything carefully. They were polite and asked about special needs. Taking things out was especially difficult because of the layout and stairs but they moved easily through it. Unloading was much easier and they were done ahead of time.

The 3 gentlemen who helped us move were simply awesome. They communicated well ahead of their (earlier than scheduled!!) arrival, were courteous, friendly, professional and brought humor and lightness to a situation prone to have stress involved. In hindsight, we wish we would've hired them to do our entire move, but were absolutely satisfied with the service and hard work they provided.

The two gentlemen who helped me with my move were very professional, knowledgeable, skilled, empathetic and respectful. They made me feel as if we were a team, all focused on a safe, successful and timely move. They were trustworthy and didn't waste time.

I have not heard back about the issues that happened during my move. Quite a few of my things were wrecked. Nobody has contacted me to resolve any issues. Do not use these people. There were so many upcharges from the original quote. You think you're getting a deal per hour?You're not when they work so slow. They wrecked my furniture, & there has been no resolve. The crew contacted me as planned and arrived promptly. They were polite, efficient, and certainly knew what they were doing. I am very satisfied with their work.

From the first call I received in response to my inquiry, I was treated like I was a priority. I have moved twice in the past couple of years and on my second move I requested the same team as my first move. They were available and I got a familiar face to work with on the second move! They all communicate well, and treated me, my belongings and my dog with care!
