The moving team was absolutely fabulous. This is not a big move but a couple of the pieces were incredibly heavy and they persevered. I was very impressed with their attitude, their professionalism and their work ethic. They were outstanding!

Crew scheduled to arrive between 8-9 AM, and mgr called at about 9 AM and said running late and new arrival time was now 9:30 AM. Crew arrived at 11:30AM!!! Then we anticipated move in to new place at around 7 PM, but crew finished at around 10:30 PM, so we ended up with a dinner of room temperature pizza at 10:30PM. Discount of 10% promised for inconvenience not applied. No calls back to me.

Excellent booking process and interaction with office staff. Pre-move estimate of boxes was off and we ran out which was a little unfortunate, could be improved by better inventory process. Moving team was great and took excellent care of the most delicate items. Could be a little more careful with the general furniture items, although not bad overall. Overall, excellent and would use again.

The young men were very professional, good manners and worked well together. They were quick but careful. They were able to manage making the move having to use an elevator. I am so happy with the whole process and that there was no damage to anything. Thank you to all.

Working with the office team and Claire made everything so easy. Everyone was friendly and informative. The moving crew was fantastic! We had some tricky items (piano & elliptical) along with the rest of our home for the last 24 years. Josh, Terrel, and well I know his name started with an “S” but I’m can’t remember… were efficient and friendly. We’re looking forward to our next move!
