Brianandacirc;??s and Eugene arrived on time, went right to work and got the job done. They were sensitive to the fact they were taking household goods into a locked memory care facility and respectful of residents and staff there. Professional and friendly, didnandacirc;??t waste any time. Thank you both!

Philip
The past two times I used you I was very pleased. I expected the same, but this time I was disappointed. 1) The furniture wasn't wrapped. Drawers were coming open when they were carrying it. They hit the walls in the business below us, and the business commented to me later. 2) They were in such a hurry on the front end that they didn't go back to look, and left both a drawer and their dolly there. After they left the destination, I recognized a missing drawer, called the original party, and learned that the drawer and dolly were there. To your credit, you DID deliver it. 3) I contracted for two men. It was a small load. You sent three guys.
Would I use you again? I'm not sure. Everyone needs to learn and grow. But not at your customer's expense.

My moving team showed up 15 min early and had everything loaded on the truck in like 45 min. Outstanding work guys.

Jim
The moving staff did a great job. Over and above what we expected. It would be helpful if you also offered to take away all of the packaging material that was used by the staff to move certain items, like the saran wrap. We have quite a bit of it and it will be difficult for us to dispose of it as we do not have garbage disposal available within 30 miles of where we live.

<div>Thank you Jim for taking time to send us your review! We appreciate the feedback. We send our apologies for the movers not taking the wrap with them. It is policy to taking the refuse back with them post-move, unless the customer requests it stays on the items. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for choosing Two Men and a Truck.</div>

David
Devonte and Dreyson were like the Dynamic Duo. Arrival, loading, travel time, unloading were all done really well. They brought all the bands, protective blankets and tools they needed for my household goods. They met all of my expectations. Careful, courteous, on time, organized, prepared. Great at dis-assembling bed frame at the departure point and re-assembling bed frame at the destination point. Careful with furniture with wheels and pieces which needed some TLC. I would ask for them for myself again and I will continue to mention them to others who are considering a move in the future. They make a GREAT TEAM!!

They were amazing! My anxiety was quickly put to rest. They were polite and efficient. They took care and charge of everything. They even picked up furniture at another location. Just great experience. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you.
