Only item I was disappointed in was that I was charged 2 1/2 hours for 1 hour, 50 minutes of work. I was under the understanding that the time started from when the team arrived, not from when they left the last job (hence the extra 40 minutes of time that I was charged).
With that said, the movers were extremely courteous and professional.

<div>Ian, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion - yes, our billing is port to port, so the time starts when our truck leaves the office, and time stops when they return. Our apologies if this was not more clearly described during the phone call. We are pleased to hear that you had a great experience with the move and the movers. Even though we had to change our moving day two weeks earlier, everyone was very positive and extremely helpful in the office. Nancy was the best. The move went faster than expected, in spite of the steep steps to the second floor. Cedric and Darien were very professional and fast. This was the second time I have hired Two Men and a Truck, and been more than satisfied with outstanding service and fair pricing.

Movers worked very quickly and efficiently. Item to be moved was pretty challenging but the movers quickly assessed the problem, came up with solutions and did the move. Cost was very fair. I would recommend this service.

The movers were great, they worked as a team and I am satisfied with the work they did....they worked very hard moving some heavy stuff.
They were polite and listened to my concerns in a professional way...I will use your service again as needed but hopefully that will be in the distant
future....I hate moving....but overall two men and truck did an outstanding job.....Thank you....Dave Bellis

I was stressed about moving and Two Men and a Truck made everything effortless the day of the move. SO grateful for everything they did and all their hard work. They never complained, treated our stuff as if it was their own, and worked until the job was finished. Great experience, everyone I was in contact with at Two Men and a Truck was outstanding. They truly love what they do.
