This the second time I used your service. I was very satisified with the moves the first time, that is why I went with them again.. They got the job done in 4 hrs. moving from a 2300 sq.ft home in to a 1600 sq. ft home. this time it took 5 hrs and our whole basement went to a storage unit (which we moved ourself). One of the men was too small to carry anything-my son had to help. They could not figure out how to move the furniture out of doors and down a stair case. I had to show them how to do it. Didn't know if the small guy was in training but he couldn't do much by himself so it made the move go very slowly. When I move again, which I will need to do in about 4 months I will probably not go with your service

From the start with Jess in the office, I knew I hired the right company. While the move was only for a sofa from the house to the garage, I was impressed with the guys who moved it. The movers were so amazing. They were professional, understanding and cooperative and careful. Their attitude was so nice despite how heavy my furniture was they kept a smile on their face and were super nice. I loved the team and their services.

Before the move,the office called. They asked if I would need the guard to be
put on the carpeting. I definitely wanted that. She did not tell me about the extra charge
that was added at the final bill. That is the only issue. The phone calls were handled professionally
from the first call we made. The movers...I've experienced other Companies...there just couldn't

It was a very wet snowy day. The movers took extra care to protect my hardwood floors even though I didn't request ground mats or paper. They were fast and ahead of schedule. The loaded the truck and our storage locker in the order I requested. All and all a very good experience.
