We were blessed with 3 men and the truck. Very personable young men and VERY hardworking. They took great care with all our furniture, even having to moved down one flight of steps and up one flight also. One was training and he took that responsibility with a sense of humor and willingness to learn. My only comment would be to have a servicing business closer than 3/4 of an hour away.

We hired Two Men and a Truck to help move a duplex that we manage to two seperate homes. The movers arrived on time, communicated clearly, worked quickly and efficiently, and were incredibly enthusiastic. Jessica the office and estimated was knowledgeable , courteous and prompt.
Joe W and T,rail were fantastic, hardworking and curtius you could not have better men working for you. Some one in the management team need to let them know how much we appreciated there attitude and hard work. They definitely deserve raises and recognition.

The two men that moved my mother were fantastic. Bryan and Jerome were very patient and helpful in every way possible. My wife and I used another team a year ago and with the same results. I am happy We used 2 men and a truck. Thank you for a job well done 2 years in a row

First, getting the boxes to move was a challenge as they were out of stock, and then missed the delivery deadline the following day. Second, the movers missed their arrival window by over 2 hours and the communication with the office was poor. This missed window caused many problems. Third, the movers were in an extreme rush and did not explain anything clearly. Fourth, a number of items arrived broken that were securely wrapped and padded. The boxes must have been handled very rough. Overall, the move went okay but these issues were frustrating.

It took hours to move a 2 dressers, 1 nightstand, 2 small book cases, 1 recliner, 1 China cabinet, 1 curio cabinet, 1 kitchen table and 21 light totes. I moved everything else myself. The hidden cost factor is the travel time from office to location. I paid $139 before 1 piece of furniture was ever touched. Drivers took 45 minutes to get to my location. The office said it would only take 20 minutes. I had all of the totes moved outside so they simply had to be put on the truck. Total cost for this small move was $700. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have shared my negative experiance with everyone. Office staff was very rude . Truck was also 45 minutes late outside of the two hour window. Phonetta was very unprofessional.
