Chris and Steve were very easygoing, but also worked with urgency to get things done as quickly as possible. Moving is stressful but they made it easy. Sorry if I’m getting their names wrong but I’m not able to immediately find my receipt. Very good guys who hustled non-stop on a Saturday.

Pricing was the only disappointment. I was quoted a range of hours for the move and given the hourly rate. The invoice at the end of the move indicated 1.75 hours for travel time, which I considered excessive. The move itself only took 2 hours. I raised my concern with the local office and the amount was adjusted down by one hour, which was more acceptable.

It was a last minute move because I hurt my back packing. We were also overwhelmed from the sudden loss of our child. We appreciated your help with the move. Thank You!

I had a great experience last year, so I hired them again. Unfortunately, I dont have the same good things to say this time around. I’ve moved nine times over the last five years, and I can tell you that the movers I had this time were the slowest I’ve ever seen. They were not careful with my stuff and broke multiple items. The attitude of the driver was very unprofessional as well. I contacted customer service during the move, and they assured me they would take care of me after my move. Well, 22 days later I’m still waiting for resolution. Doug was very kind when I explained my situation post-move, but once it was handed to the quality care team, nothing. I completely understand you can’t have a perfect move. Things happen. I would never complain unless it was extreme, which this was.

The gentleman that spoke mostly for the group was Excellent. His team mates were very good also. Efficient, reliable and respectful.

I had a very bad experience with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. I scheduled to move on a Saturday afternoon and I pre-paid $128.00 for that. But ridiculously the movers didn't show up! I waited from 3 pm to 6 pm , and I called the office so many times, but the office is closed. I have no ways to contact them!! With all my stuffs packaged, and need to move out, you can imagine how frustrated I am at that point! Even more ridiculous is that on the Wednesday before my move, when the associate from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK called me to confirm the moving time, I asked whether I can have the movers' contact number so that if they don't show up, I can have someone to call, but her response was that she promised the movers will show up and told me to call the office if something happens!

The two young men that did the move were very professional. Very polite. Very courteous. Very respectful. Even when I was telling them what to do! Lol I told them I was a little bossy....lol but they just laughed with me and carried on with the job. They were dressed properly as well. Way back when ...when I used this company the men that moved me looked like 2 drunks....very sloppy and unkept....glad to see they’ve up the game a bit and hire men like tyrell and Sam.

Movers arrived on time and never stopped working. They were thorough and gentle with my Mother’s things. They very professional but still nice. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

Service was quick and efficient and they saved me a bunch of money! Very happy with my move.

I ordered this service for tenant transfering to another apartment so I was not present the entire time and cannot comment on the care of said items. I can say that the moving team, while doing their job, used foul language and in front of their customers expressed a lot of disdain. If I ever use two men again I will make sure to ask not to send those two.
