Team was very efficient and polite. James was very helpful with his advice on how to move certain items and how to store them.

The truck arrived on time, the loading of the truck went well and the delivery went well. Very pleased with the serivce.

My moving team was great, we got the job done in less time than expected. They were careful, prompt and a pleasure to work with.

Nancy was great during my booking and when I called about the damage to my belongings. The gentleman who called me about the damage was not only unprofessional but he provided zero information. By unprofessional I mean he tried to say I did not pack my belongings properly and the damage to the boxes was my fault, he tried to say it's policy to fully wrap furniture but when he saw the photo showing my couch was not fully wrapped he then back-peddled, and he told me that he was going to bring the movers in his office to chat with them. I am no longer certain I will recommend this moving company in the future.
