I think it is poor practice to have time start when they leave the office and back to the office. Maybe one way, but not both, especially since they are more likely going to another home to move. Plus if they stop for whatever reason you are paying full price the entire time. There should be a mileage/drive time rate, and then an actual moving rate. You will get more business north of West Allis if this is the case. The guys also forgot a few things I needed to go back for and they were moving very light items with they dolly that could have easily been taken down by hand (I.e. a shelf). In the past when I've used movers they had supplies such as tape and plastic wrapping to hold drawers or doors on dressers or cabinets closed. This was not available.

We also offer the option just like you mentioned of a split between mileage and hourly for our longer distance moving customers. In regards to the second half of your review, all trucks carry shrink-wrap for instances such as you mentioned, and we do not charge for this service. Experience overall was very good and the movers themselves were very nice and professional. I would used the two of them again for sure. They did leave a door unhung and some tools at our residence. FYI.

Our two men did a great job for my dad (a WW2 vet) who kept an eye on everything! They were friendly and courteous, and they listened to us. They worked expeditiously and carefully, making sure that we were happy with everything. Even with elevators and a long hallway to maneuver, they got done in less time than we expected, and my dad got both the veteran’s and the senior discounts. The office people were also friendly and helpful, and they kept in contact with us before the move. Great work by everyone!

The office staff was very helpful, and friendly. The team arrived on time, and worked very hard. Non stop. They were friendly, courteous, and knew exactly what to do. They really worked hard. Very efficient!

I'm very disappointed in the service I received. Your movers damaged my property and said nothing about it to me. They packed the truck inefficiently and were unable to load a small 3 bedroom house into the truck. I used to work for TMT and I know it can be done because I've done it myself! It's pretty obvious that these guys were untrained and didn't care about the quality of their work. Clearly the "Grandma Rule" is just for marketing purposes and is not actually practiced.
Furthermore, I contacted your office staff a week ago and I'm still waiting for a response to my damage claim.
Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend TMT to anyone I know.

A few items were damaged, which is still being investigated by Two Men and a Truck. Otherwise everything would have been excellent.

Overall experience was Great ! Available on short notice, cost was reasonable enough, Truck showed up close to the window I expected them to arrive and movers were courteous , fast and efficient. Please give credit to all of the personnel Involved with our move. Thanks for a job well done.

My experience was great, I will recommend them and might have to use again when we move. My appt was for the afternoon but was given an earlier one, which worked out perfectly. The 2 men were respectful and did their jobs great. Thank you!
