Both men were very nice did there job fast and very carefully. Every one thought the were very nice.
The only thing that went wrong a piece of glass corner broke off a table. So I am going to have the glass cut off and the table will be a little
shorter but it will be OK. No matter how careful they were and they were good. sometimes things happen.
If you would like to pay for cutting the glass it would be very nice if not it is OK. They were very very nice guys. And I would tell any one that they
should use you.

Great, except the broke a picture. They said they had a report, never saw it, and I really haven't heard anything after that...

Also, I filled out stuff online, had to call them after each step.

The move was efficient and mostly satisfactory except for a damaged piece of furniture. It is part of a matching 3 piece set that isn't manufactured anymore. It was pricy when we purchased it 15 years ago and it was an accident, apologies from both men. I understand that things happen but after such a successful getting from there to here this incident kind of made me a bit angry. Will use again in the future, but maybe they should slow down a bit to prevent this type of accident from happening in the future.

First they were 1 hour late and did not receive call about this. Were supposed to arrive between 10a-11a and arrived at noon. I could've used the time differently prior to arrival if they would've called me. A Pergo transition flooring piece was broken and must be replaced. Wasn't even told- had to find myself! Movers did not get all items moved that I asked to move. Movers did not put together 1 bed frame. I was left moving things myself I didn't anticipate. Movers seemed to be in a hurry. I was told I was the 3rd move that day. When I booked I was supposed to have been the first. Cindy called and asked if I would mind moving my start time from 9/10 to 10/11. Didn't think being flexible put less quality on me. The men were nice. Used in 3 moves before now won't.

My experience with your company today was less than ideal. Rather than arriving between 8-9 I had to call at 9:10 only to be told a driver didn’t show up and they weren’t getting here until 10. Called at 10:15 and was told they had just left 10-15 minutes ago. I scheduled my day around this and the delay and complete lack of communication was unprofessional.

The cherry on top - the movers still had a piece of my bed frame in their truck and did not unload it. Without this I was unable to reassemble my bed.

I’ve made my complaints known to multiple people at the company and other than a “Oh, sorry about that” There has been no effort in the way of a satisfying resolution.

They started off very good & when we got to the new place they slowed down & became disgusted with so many stairs. Made a comment of "I can't wait till I get out of here." My small beginner's toolbox was missing. I asked them about it & no one knew where it was. I did not find it anywhere after they left. very disappointed this time.

We were extremely pleased with the service. The office staff was extremely helpful and efficient. The two men who came were very friendly and polite and took very good care of the furniture. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

They were 3 hours late - due to previous job- so that was disappointing- but understandable. Nicked front door - but I had to point it out. It happens. Moving is just stressful!

men worked hard. not good movers. my self an husband had to move 4 hours worth of what men left behind. broke few things and did not bring to my attention. Found when they left. Forgot a table on the truck, told me I had it. table appeared the next day. all nice men,clean,polite but was not a good trip. Sorry, was a lot of money and I don't think that I got what we paid for. Will contact the manager and get this all sorted out.

I thought the guys were really good and friendly. They were extremely efficient. My only complaint: there was a hole in the mattress when they arrived and I mentioned it to them and they said nothing.
I would have expected them to do something more about it. Also... they did not remove the plastic wrap.
