The driving operator seemed to be under the influence, it took him roughly 20mins to park the truck at pick up and drop off. He also did not listen to the second operator, he would take a long time discussing why something wouldn’t work before the second operator persuades him to try it his way and it worked fine. Although I prepped the items to move it still took 5 hours. I was not satisfied.

Both of our movers (Matthew and Isaiah) were extremely professional, organized, and efficient with our move. Very happy with how easy they made our moving day (especially removing the huge sectional from the third story)!

I feel like my moving team really went above and beyond. For starters they knew my name. Additonally they understood my expectations and did exactly as asked. The team moved quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and light hearted on a day that I was experiencing a large amount of stress which was really appreciated. It was like enlisting the help of friends.

Our moving team was awesome- they hustled to get everything wrapped and loaded securely, then unloaded super quickly! They went above and beyond when the elevator in our building malfunctioned and trapped our mattress inside- they waited patiently while we tried to resolve, and then went back after the unload to retrieve our items- we are so grateful!
