From start to finish, I had a great experience. My moving consultant, Angel, was so personable and helpful with getting me an estimate and setting me up. My moving team was AMAZING. Professional and efficient, they took the time a d effort to move a very difficult sectional that I feared I would have to leave behind, and we're friendly and positive the entire time. Chantell in the office was not helpful, not friendly, offered no guidance, advice or solutions. The movers carried large pieces upside down, dropped & broke our items and were not prepared (with water or food on a hot day). There were 3 people, no leader, no communication or organization, did not wait for each other to carry tough items. I stepped in to help them. I am not happy.

They were on time, knowledgable and did the job quickly. I would definitely use again!
