I think they do care, just like their motto says. My moving experience was good in every way. It was easy to book a date only a week in advance. The truck arrived on time and was the appropriate size. Brad and Tyler worked tirelessly and were so polite.
When we arrived at my new apt, they saw that the loading zone was filled and quickly made an adjustment.

Excellent job moving an elderly lady with dementia. Handled the move so well with unexpected issues encountered ie, lots of additional ’stuff’ to move and unpacked items. Can’t thank you enough!!

Victor, Wesley, and Tyler were a great crew to make our move go flawlessly. I told them it was the easiest and best move I’ve ever had, and I’ve moved plenty of times over the past 60 years! They took great care with our belongings and went beyond my expectations. Great team!

Happy with all the back and forth we had to do with Bernardo in the office as to possibly delaying the move. The movers were very nice and efficient. They also were patient and understanding as to the possibility of taking more furniture as to the outcome of a meeting with doctors that morning. Thank you to everyone.
