Good overall, but it will be better if you don't charge for the traveling time, why I have to pay for the time you travel to my location and back to your office?

My only complaint was the movers called me after they were supposed to arrive to say they were going to be late. It would be preferable to have more of a heads up. I would also advise the office team to not say the movers would be there at a certain time as our moving team arrived about 1.5-2 hours later than scheduled. Providing a window of time would make more sense :)
