James and Ryan were very pleasant and professional at all times.
I would have liked them to have bubble wrap or similar when packing kitchen but a they apparently only knew about this job the morning of I do not place much fault with them but with the employer.
Would not have expected them using our linens and towels as protection against breakage.

Overall was a good experience. Communication was an issue not only with us and our client but internally as well. Information was not provided to service team for review beforehand that would have helped them better understand the task. Client did mention office person that called to set appointment seemed put off having to do so. Minor issues, would use again.

The booking process was very easy. The 2 guys who showed up to do the move were friendly, and very good at their job. I estimated it would take 1.5 - 2 hours and they were done and gone in less than 60 minutes. I would hire them again!
