I would have rated everything excellent, but two pieces of furniture were damaged in the move. This was reported; however, I still havenandamp;acirc;t heard from the company.

Though there was a mix up with scheduling, the manager made it right and all was good. We appreciated the care our movers, Dominic and Nick took with our things. They were very pleasant, thoughtful, professional, and informative.

What a nice team of movers! They never once complained, though the stairwell was narrow and the furniture big! I kept expecting a grumble, but only heard positive encouragement and suggestions as they moved my king mattress up 3 flights of stairs! I'd absolutely use these guys again!

Very Happy with them and their moving of my furniture. They did not try all of the settings on the hospital bed and the up and down unit is not working and I will have to have someone come in and find out what went wrong. It was working at the original house it was picked up from. I have used them in Arkansas and also here in WA from one home to another. Very dependable. Mary

The first two movers that showed up were great (Steve and Logan)! They respected my time/money and worked quickly but with care. The third mover showed up about an hour later and I don't feel that my money was well spent for the third man. He was slow to the point where I noticed him just standing there or walking around empty handed multiple times, he did not show the same level of care as the first two and didn't carry his weight on the team. I would have rather taken another hour or two and stuck with the original two man crew. I'd be lying if I said this wouldn't weigh on my mind when deciding what movers to call for future moves.
