I met the crew with the statement andquot;I am really stressed!andquot; and immediately was put at ease, they would take care of everything. They did just that, they were personable, efficient, and in really good moods. Not often I can spend 10 hours with strangers and feel so good about the experience.

They moved most things but randomly left stuff in the old rooms. Also, they left one cabinet that I specifically called out was to go, as well as a bike that was in the garage that I also called out. They filled the truck and then just went with an attitude of andquot;we're done so we're going nowandquot;. Then when they unloaded everything they were ok. If this was a cross-country move I'd have had to get another mover to move the remaining stuff. For this much money I expected everything to go. Example, my bedding was left in a pile on the floor of my bedroom but the bed was moved. Stuff like that all over the house. Boo.

They arrived within the 2-hour window as promised, moved the items carefully and quickly. When we got to the end, they placed the furniture where I told them. They were courteous and fast.

We had a smooth and successful move with the movers showing on time, they had good communication and explain things. When a problem came up with item, they discussed it with me and worked out a solution. The move was completed under the estimated time which resulted in savings for us, and the price was far less than we paid for our initial move, from a shorter distance, with better service.

Overall outstanding, from the moment I called until the move was done.
One misstep on your part was that we rearranged our box delivery, and the message was not passed on among the office staff. As a result, I had to pack everything in 36 hours, rather than the five days I had planned.

Frank and his crew were polite, good humored and on time. They took great care in moving our furniture and made sure that everything was exactly where it needed to be. I would hire them again without question and will recomend them to any friends that need to move.

My experience with your company was terrible. The office staff completely underestimated my move which caused several problems. The office staff was discourteous and dismissive. There was no accountability on behalf of Devon or Kyle. The actual movers were fantastic and the only positive aspect of my disastrous move. I would never recommend Two Men and a Truck. My move was costly, stressful, and negative; something I have already told several potential customers about.

They helped move my items into a storage unit, and now I will be setting up service to have them move my items from the storage unit to my new apartment. I called to see if I could set up a move on a particular and at a particular time. I was not only accommodated, but guided through the process with hints to make th move easier and successful. The day of the move, the two men were polite, careful, and quiet so they did not cause my parent to become agitated. We had my parentandacirc;??s room all set up before I moved my parent to the senior community. I appreciated the Two Men who helped me with the successful move. They were efficient and patient, no hassle. Thank you, I will use Two Men And A Truck if I ever need to make another move.
