I am very disappointed with my last experience with Two Men and a Truck. Based on my using Two Men and a Truck Kirkland office, and being up in Bothell I used the Everett office. I was disappointed in the lack of organization of the gentlemen that started the job. I started with 2 movers (that had been on the job only 2 days) and a driver (the driver had hurt himself and had to be replaced with a temp and then the temp was replaced with a very knowledgeable, hard worker). Although all very polite, they was very slow and unmotivated. Even the manager of the public storage facility commented on how slowly they moved the items out of the facility. I am a nice person and was reprimanded by my friends that I tipped the movers. The job should have only taken 5 horrs but took 8.

I appreciated the flexibility of the movers, there were some adjustments that needed to be made and they were able to accommodate me. The movers put up the frames for the beds that were made which was also appreciated.

I wish they would have moved all our stuff. They ended at 3:30 and we still had more stuff to load. I had to hire another compay for 2 more hours

The movers were very polite, courteous and hardworking. They really did a good job wrapping up my furniture and putting it back together again at the new place. They didn’t cut corners but were also very efficient with their time. They really impressed me, I would definitely recommend Riley and his team.

Nick and Mika were great overall. Mika tried to carry too many things and ended up breaking a plastic file box and instead of apologizing, he just brushed it off. Otherwise the move went extremely smoothly. Nick is extremely professional and carries himself with experience. They both worked quickly and efficiently.
