The service was really good. When the bid came in a little high from what I was expecting they adjusted it down when I reduced the inventory. I would not recommend them for a small job, but they are great for a larger haul.

Everything went really well and the move was easy on my end. Only negative aspect of this is that when I returned to the old home 2 days later I found 2 windows open with 30 degree weather at night. Pipes could have frozen or who knows what. Just have your guys be aware to clise a window if they open it. Other than that, really everything went smoothly and the movers were professional and courteous.

The crew met me at a store to pick up a very heavy item. They were on time, professional and fast. Due to the weight of the item, all three members of the team worked hard to get it placed where I needed it. They definitely earned their pay that day. I have to admit, their service was not cheap, but I could not have moved my item without them. I was very happy with their service.

the very courteous and polite crew showed up exactly when they said they would and got right to work. they were hard working, efficient, and completed the job before I thought they would. I will definitely ask for the same moving team of Nick and Riley in a couple more moves I have in the future.

I used Two Men and a Truck a month ago to move me from Seattle to Everett. The crew lost a bracket that was improperly removed from my king bed frame and I was forced to sleep in the guest room for two weeks until the company finally conceded to have the part fabricated. At the time, the crew had backed the truck into my low hanging, ancient magnolia tree and I just cleaned up the mess and let it go. This time, the crew backed into the magnolia and ripped several 4-6 inch limbs from it! There was a meager attempt at restitution ($100 was offered). I had to saw the limbs into 3 ft. lengths to put in my green bin. My tree has a cracked limb and many branches need to be pruned and sealed. I have heard nothing from Two Men and a Truck.

Our movers were absolutely fantastic and did an amazing job. Very professional and worked hard to get our move done swiftly and safely. I was very impressed. My only complaint is that it was not mentioned in the initial consultation with the office that I would be paying for the return trip of the movers back to their office. That was an unexpected surprise at the end of the day when we were doing the billing. I feel like the office should do a better job mentioning the fees like that. I got lucky and my cost ended up being near the quoted estimate with travel time back, but I feel the office should be much more diligent in mentioning charges like that so that they dont seem hidden.

I'm so impressed with our movers, Jake and Phu with their friendly helpful attitude and attention to detail they showed when moving stuff. They took the time to assess all our furniture and wrapped every piece like it was theirs. We were moving into a new home we had built, so you know the stress of movers marking and chipping your doors and walls is a concern. Our guys wrapped door jams and railings, and moved all our furniture into the house without leaving one mark. I would say the best moving experience we've ever had. We left a generous tip to show our appreciation for making the moving experience stress free.

Our team of Brent, Fva and Nona did an awesome job. They took their time to problem solve a very difficult move of our island (15 ft. long) that had to be raised over existing plumbing and get the job done right the first time. They did not get frustrated when the analyzer we were moving did not fit through the opening and we had to go around another direction. They all were very professional! Great job guys!! -Ronda
