This was a total sham. We have never had such a poor business experience in our 20+ years of marriage. I believe the team leader kept the $500 tip and bottle of Disarono for himself. My wedding rings are missing along with the sapphire/diamond ring and a bracelet from my sister. We were overcharged, claiming it was bez of extra inventory, yet my son made 3 truckloads in addition to my 2 car loads.

Local sales / office team was sometimes hard to get in contact with (mostly got rerouted to the general support line) but our on-site moving team was great. The guys worked really hard on a smoky and warm day, up and down several flights of stairs, and kept at it even when the day was getting long. They were communicative, polite, and asked important questions. Great service!

the actual movers were GREAT. efficient, helpful, on time, pleasant. they were terrific. HOWEVER: I had to call several times to get to talk to a real person. The woman at the local(Marysville, Wa) office (Giana?) was terrific. Helpful, pleasant. But getting through to her was a nightmare. Took hours on hold and then I didn’t receive promised call backs. MAIN COMPLAINT: Cost was exorbitant

The movers seemed veri inexperienced. They did not know how to properly pack their truck. I had to call their supervisor because they came to me and said there wasn't enough room in the truck for my items. The supervisor had them repack the truck and they were ultimately able to get everything in. The job should have taken no more than 2 hours, but actually took 6.
