Overall: Packing was subpar and inconsistent, movers were hard working but couldn't follow simple directions.

Packing: It seemed a mix of "fit all the things" and "use all the boxes"; many boxes without any wrap/padding & items thrown inside, some boxes were 50%+ empty, some packed awesome & mostly full.

Movers: Hard working but couldn't read a box and put it in the area with the matching sign.

My moving team was absolutely FABULOUS and I will 100% be using them again when I move everything back out of storage. All three of them were so professional and friendly - it made what could have been a really awful move so easy and stress-free. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all three of them!
