This is my third time using the company. Or year and a half ago I use them and was absolutely delighted with the quality of the work, the pleasantness of the guys and the good timing. My second time was for the packing out, and that was for what I know, also quite good. The moving team, however, is why I would not use the service again. The packing team worked hard to figure out how to get my curio cabinet up nine flights of stairs. The moving team, couldn’t care less. I told them if I could not get the curio cabinet up to my apartment, then I wanted to take at least one of the other bookshelves. But when the time came, I was told “time up”. Apparently the team did not throw the curio cabinet away, but took it with them, which was fine. However they didn’t bother to take back the glass book shelves that go with it, but they had already brought up and unpacked. So, it won’t be much use to them. I really don’t want to talk about this experience much more.

I was able to book a move in less than three days! The movers were fast, professional, and very careful. Extremely pleased with the service!

The guys were great: fast, extremely focused (didn't stop to rest or eat), and very professional. The only improvement advice I have is this: Moving is a stressful and disorienting time for a family, so insightful observations and situational awareness by the moving team is helpful. For example, we left a painting hanging on the bathroom wall. Didn't even notice it until my final walkthrough after cleaning the next day. Movers can help spot that kind of thing! But overall an exceptional experience given our lack of preparation and need to wrangle a toddler. Would highly recommend.

We had some different aspects to this move, like building a rack as we loaded large sections of a model train table. For loading in Ohio and unloading in Virginia we could not have asked for better help. Your company truly bailed us out. Thank you so much!!

Overall, this has been the best moving experience I've had. It went as stated, took as long as estimated, and, for the most part, the team was 'on board' and protective of my things. toward the end, however, one or tow became less than "eager", and it was obvious they wanted to be finished, perhaps a football game was scheduled to start soon?? There is a wheel missing, they left the item tipped on the remaining 3 wheels. I'm missing one dark grey cushion from my sofa bed. There are 3 pieces that I thought would be included, but when I asked, they said there was no more room on the truck for them. So they're still back in my old apartment. I sort of felt pressured to just leave some things behind, to deal with now. There's also one very large *DING/CHUNK* in the living room wall edge.

Darrell and Marcellus are both good guys, and worked hard while on site. For that, I gave them each an appropriate gratuity. However, after they had left, I realized several of the floors had been heavily gouged by dragging/pushing furniture. In the truck, I also discovered some unmentioned breakage - a drawer pull, furniture leg, etc.

I had scratches over most of my wooden furniture. Your guys needed to rap them all but they didn’t.

The office staff was great readily available answered all my questions but the movers were terrible did not communicate damage my furniture and were lower quality than expected considering the price of the move
