We had a bit of a complicated move because we were coming from two different apartments to a house in a new city. Our movers were extremely professional, efficient, and pleasant. They showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. I would be happy to recommend their services to anyone else considering a move.

Catlyin, who set us up was great and answered all the questions I had and was great at keeping us informed. Juan and Matt, who loaded our stuff up in virginia were very nice, helpful and professional. Juan and Justin who unloaded our stuff in Colorado were also awesome and very friendly. Thanks to all of you who made our relocation easier.

I found the moving team to be more focused on short cuts than using proper moving and packing techniques. Many items were not wrapped at all and should have been. I specifically had to ask them to properly wrap and protect a large piece of art. And a very large floor vase that needed to be in a box. And the bumped down each step a tall dresser rather than carrying it down. And floors scratched.

Our moving team, Julius and Luis, were great! They were friendly and efficient. We couldn’t ask for any better. Thanks.

The crew was friendly, efficient, and careful. They quickly earned our trust and we felt at ease throughout the entire process. We were very impressed with the four gentlemen on the team. We'd definitely use your services again and recommend them to anyone who is moving.

Yancey, Padro, Nathaniel and Vladimir worked like champions to load items while working through a few challenges in my building: parking, elevator limitations, and other teams working nearby.

Moving team members should be instructed to take note which boxes are labelled "Fragile" and not to stack heavier boxes on top of them when moving them on the dolly or stacking them.

The unload team from Arlington/DC seemed to be in a "contest" as to how fast they could unload the truck (at least one member bragged about how fast they were when they finished); I would rather that movers take their time and handle the property with care. I was surprised the "beat up" condition many of the boxes arrived in, even the ones which I had packed very solidly full of books. Are boxes thrown around in the warehouses or in the crating process? Again, more care seems to be needed when handling a client's property. That may have prevented my file cabinet from being damaged, needing replacement. Two Men charges a lot of money for moving a relatively small amount of items, and I was expecting better care of my property.
(I want to say, though, that the "pack up" team from Columbus, OH, did a great job with the loading process; they took their time and exercised care).

I had an excellent team of movers; Jim and Daniel. They were helpful from start to finish, which was important because when they arrived, I was still taping boxes. They were careful with each one of my belongings. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving a lot of items.
