Still have not resolved my claim for damage on one item!

Marcellus and Justin are impressive young me with A strong work ethic. It was clear they both enjoy their jobs, and working with people.... My job was not the easiest. They had to pack up a dining set, a desk and a chair and drive it from DC to NYC. They arrived in NYC at rush hour, when traffic is awful, and parking is scarce, only to turn around and drive right back to the DC area.... In torrential rain and thunderstorms! We texted them to make sure they were ok, and surprised us with a positive text back saying that they were fine. I hope 2 Men and a Truck values these 2 hardworking young men, they’re lucky to find people who are trustworthy and diligent in today’s world. My experience working with them was wonderful and I hope they get recognized over and over again.

EACH FRANCHISE OF TWO MEN AND A TRUCK IS DIFFERENT. YOU WANT TO CHOOSE THE FRANCHISE THAT IS LOCATED CLOSEST TO YOUR MOVE IN ORDER TO SAVE MONEY ON THE TRAVEL COST. I'VE USED TWO MEN AND A TRUCK SEVERAL TIMES AND EA TIME WAS A DIFFERENT FRANCHISE. AND EA TIME I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE FRANCHISE I CHOSE. BUT I REJECTED A FEW FRANCHISES ALONG THE WAY UNTIL I FOUND THE ONE LOCATED CLOSEST TO MY MOVE.

Everything went well. The team was nice and personable. Our washer was damaged during the move but as long as we are compensated for repairs I see no issue as the damage was not too serious and i believe the damage happened to avoid injury.

Shawn and Mamu were outstanding. Nice guys, good attitude, fast and professional.

We had too many guys... Four was overkill so there were times when 2 guys were moving kinda slowly.. but not enough to warrant anymore than a couple of reminders. One guy was a little careless with the bed frames and hit the wall a few times, but again that stuff is gonna happen. Overall, the customer service was excellent, but next time we'll use less guys and a smaller truck. The estimation was way off! Instead of 8 hours it took 3... not even close.

The movers worked very slowly all day and I had a very poor experience. I had a small elevator in the first home which I said they could use for small things - they shoved my heavy queen-size mattress into this small, delicate elevator. When they got to the delivery location, they had lost the screws for the bed frame; they left for 1 hour at 1:30pm to go to Home Depot to replace the screws (and get lunch? I was not charged for the extra time). They then took another hour trying to put the bed together. I had to tell them to leave because they clearly couldn't figure it out and did not tell me. I found out afterwards that they stripped the screws when moving the bed frame, which is why they couldn't put it back together. I had a heck of a time drilling and re-doing the entire bed frame.

Great experience! Both the office staff who set up the reservation and the movers themselves we're top notch. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing help moving and I know I will be using them again in the future for any of my moving needs.

I was beyond pleased with the men I encountered. From the setting up of the pickup to the delivery I never doubted my decision to use your company. Originally, there was suppose to be two different days for pickup-but because I could not get anyone to be at the house for the second day, they rearranged the schedule and had both trucks there on one day.
My delivery was from Bristow, Virginia to Long Island. The men called every few hours to tell me where they were. After packing up the contents of my mothers house in Bristow they drove all the way to Long Island and unpacked some of the contents in Valley Stream and then drove to Seaford and unpacked the remaining belongings. These men were beyond courteous and professional. I can only imagine how tired they were but they never showed it.
