Scott’s journey has taken him all over the country, giving him a ton of leadership experience and a real focus on people. As the Multi-Unit General Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Midlothian, he keeps things running smoothly while making sure his teams are top-notch from the first call to the last handshake.

Scott’s career has been a mix of over a decade in law enforcement and public safety, plus some great years in moving and leadership. He even snagged two Master’s degrees, one in Business Management and another in Organizational Psychology, which he uses every day to guide, mentor, and inspire his teams at different locations.

Scott really believes in building a workplace where everyone feels valued, responsible, and trusted. When he’s not at work, you can usually find him hitting the trails, trying out new restaurants, or spending time with his wife.
