The movers were professional and very nice, but my desk was slightly damaged in the process.

The only issue I had was that the movers disassembled my entertainment stand to move and when they reassembled it they forgot to replace the hardware (screws) that lock it all together so now it is very fragile. I had asked one of the movers about it when I noticed the hardware had not been replaced and he said another mover had the screws and he would go get them. They never ended up getting installed and are now missing. Besides that small issue everything else was perfect. I will use you again for the next move in about a year.

While everyone we worked with was very nice, our moving experience was not. Our stuff was under measured and we were left scrambling for a second truck on moving day. Two men and a truck were very unhelpful during a very stressful time for us. We basically were left high and dry. Also many of our furniture items were scratched and damaged. I’m also concerned about the way they packed our storage unit. Placing boxes of fragile items on the bottom of stacks. I have yet to see if any of our china is broken, but frankly I would never use two men and truck again.

Kenyuan, Charles and Paul were great I could not have asked for better service.

The service was good. I felt it was pricey. I advised the movers of an earlier way to move the items to avoid any damages of my items and the door way and I still suffered some damage. Just to move two items and cost $300 plus dollar is the reason I say it was pricey. The district was around ten miles.

Ashley, the estimator, did a wonderful job with her estimation, sight unseen. I called her a few times with questions and every time she was helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Spoke to Chris twice and he also acted in a professional manner. The two movers were excellent, quick and polite. A few pieces of my furniture had a nick in the wood. But, I do not blame the movers. The furniture was wrapped in thick blankets and very securely wrapped. The move went relatively easy thanks to the professionalism of all involved.

Timothy and Donald were my movers. They did an excellent job. Were timely. Were careful. Were pleasant. Will recommend and use again specifically.

My move was an unexpected event , & I was calling the day before to hire a local moving company to get my things out of my rental house & into storage . The movers arrived & they were great . They had a positive attitude & any request or concern I had was handled immediately . They handled all my items with care & worked very well as a team . I was very impressed , I’ve moved across the country twice & have also had a few local moves & this team was by far the best . Ashley , who scheduled my move was great as well . I would recommend these movers to all of my friends . I will defintetly use them again .

Footprint left on mattress. Purchased mattress bag to prevent marks and dirt, but when the mattress gets stepped on when applying the mattress bag, it's kinda a waste.
