Our movers were incredibly slow. It took quite a bit longer than we planned. Things were going so slowly that my boyfriend and I actually started packing up boxes,loading our cars and dropping off loads at the new location. We were moving my mom from one assisted living to another, we just moved her about 6 weeks ago so I feel like we have a pretty good idea of how long it should have taken.

It was overall such a great experience. I was able to make a reservation on a short notice, the pricing was clearly explained to me. The moving team showed up on time, was professional, polite, attentive to details and careful with my boxes. I've also ordered a dump run and some extra boxes on the next day - it went without a hitch as well.

Xavier and Franco were prompt, communicative, polite, and careful with our small job. They treated the item with respect, and every aspect of the move and quote was fully explained. I appreciated they called to see if they could arrive early, and Xavier was intuitive enough to come to the loading dock. Great experience, would definitely use them again for business or personal move!
