I'm very pleased with the work that the two men did. They explained ahead of time what the plan was going to be and as they worked, they would ask if it was OK to move certain things to certain spots in the storage unit. They were careful as they moved stuff.

Lets start with the timing. I was told somewhere between 8:30-10. What a huge window. Not dependable but if I would have been given a heads up by the crew it would have been better.
Then, when the estimate was given to me over the phone, I was to receive boxes, people packing, and moving things. When the crew finally got here. They had 0 boxes. And complained about packing.

Everything was fine, except having to pay for the drive from their previous moving drop off destination to my moving pick up address. The moving company is about 2-3 miles from my old house, I had to pay for 25 miles. The movers arrived at the end of the estimated time of arrival, but still on time. I would use them again, as the first move in the morning.
