Linda
The guys were very courteous, and hard working but it seemed like two of the guys were a little unexperienced. They really banged up my walls getting the furniture down the stairs. I had used this company before and the previous guys did great. Now I have to go back to the apartment and find the paint color for the walls to paint the damage.
Response
Hi Linda, thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate your honesty. We're sorry to hear about the wall damage and will use this as a learning opportunity to improve. If you'd like to discuss this further, we’d be happy to help.

Vanetta
I used Eric and Damien in the San Antonio area twice and both times they were amazing. They packed up everything with care and moved quickly even with me being on the 3rd floor. I would continue to use them anytime I move. The office was very helpful and nice. They made sure they got all the necessary information from you and gave you a quote that was accurate with no hidden fees.
Response
