Gouge marks from running furniture into walls, never told about being charged for drive time, the movers were slow and inexperienced and I got charged for their slowness

have used 2 men and a truck on 2 previous occasions with great results. not so this time. movers broke four items and dropped the kitchen table on the floor of the garage but did not damage it. 3 movers,1 took a chair to the truck and the other 2 followed carrying no items. felt like the movers were milking the clock. movers strapped wood head and foot boards to side of truck without covering them. loaded the truck using the ramp until the end when they loaded the refrigerator then used the lift. unloaded the truck using the lift until the final few items were removed and I complained about how much time they were wasting. after they broke the 4th. item I said I was calling the company they put the ramp down and finished unloading in a timely manner. repair man sent did excellent job

Two of the 3 movers you sent were very courteous and helpful - the third (Mark I believe) was very disrespectful, ignored the suggestions of his team members and literally just drug my furniture across the floor multiple times.

My sofa is filthy, as is one of my living room chairs. My chair is not only dirty but the fabric is ripped. There are dings on just about every piece of furniture that they touched. They broke my end table while lifting it.

Moving guys seemed a little unprepared but did get the furniture moved. They did damage the leg on a nice dresser that was over $1k. Thought about reporting it but too busy with move and figures it would be a waste of time.

I thought it was a nominal quote. But the actual charging was so high $.
The damages made by your team was phenomenal, I cant believe it.
The repair cost will be more than the moving cost.
I regret why did I select your company.

The movers were prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, they put a serious scratch in my new laminate floors. One large one and another small one and a scratch in the paint.

The guys were friendly and personable. First hour went smoothly. Once they loaded the boxes on the truck things slowed down. They were not efficient in their movements and didn’t appear to be acting as a team. Several items received minor damage. The front door to the origin apartment was damaged (I have a picture). I had to keep asking them to work faster. The lead guy told me “you have more stuff than we expected and that’s why it’s taking so long”. I have a two bedroom apt and listed out all the furniture I have during the estimate process. There were no surprises in my opinion. They also complained about it being a 2nd floor apartment for the delivery destination. Again I disclosed that during the estimate process. I still tipped because I’m a nice person but I was not happy.

Joshua and Michael were in time and hit the ground running. No goofing off and solid, sound work during their time. No wasted movements and lollygagging around. They came to WORK and they did it perfectly.

Job was totally miss quoted. A job that was to take around 6-8 hours took 14 and 1/2 Movers were unloading in the dark after second trip. Move was only 20 mins away. Things were dropped, items were forgotten and floor was messed up. The guys were not equipped to be moving heavy furniture. Two trucks should have been scheduled. Also second load should have been another day the guys were tired dropping things and the customer didn’t even have a choice in the matter, even after stating another day would work. Horrible experience, mostly the managements doing.
Still moving things a week later. So job should have been looked at before the quote. Not a happy customer.

Movers damaged a wall in our new home. A vendor “fixed” the repair. However, it is far from fix or satisfactory as we were told it is. It is in worse condition than before we moved. Will never use two men and a truck again and will never recommend your services after this. A new vendor should have been sent out to repair the wall. Very disappointed.
