Our claims department contacted you to discuss the compensation for the lamp. During the conversation, we explained that based on the weight of the lamp per the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA) guidelines, the standard compensation would be $6.00. However, we offered to increase this to $20.00 as a goodwill gesture. Despite this, you requested $30.00 and expressed dissatisfaction. We reiterated that offering $20.00 was already significantly higher than what was typically offered, more than three times the standard amount. You then claimed that valuation was not offered, but upon reviewing the recorded phone call, we confirmed that Brittany did indeed offer valuation on March 7th at 2:27 PM. Additionally, we referred you back to the pre-move letter, which you had signed on the same day, March 7th, where valuation procedures were explained in detail.
