Miscommunication between the front office and packing team that showed up, so time and resources were not accounted for accurately. Packing team haphazardly packed boxes and poor labeling of boxes. However, truck was packed decently and team was courteous

Great customer service and friendly movers. I recommend a supervisor on site at the beginning and end of move. This would help ensure standards are met.

The whole process was smooth and easy. The team did an excellent job packing everything up and loading it on/off the trucks. Definitely recommend and will use in the future if needed.

Great experience from the office staff to the movers. Richard and Devino were efficient and demonstrated a truly professional demeanor. I will recommend your service to all I know.
Thanks again.

The whole process of scheduling a pick up was handled so efficiently. Even with a couple of last minute changes to accommodate, everything went very smoothly. Both the scheduling person and the 2 young men who did the actual moving were a pleasure to deal with. Congratulations on running a very customer focused operation.
