There was damage to my stairwell with the move and I was told somebody would be in touch with me within 24 to 48 hours and nobody ever called me. I’ve spoken to somebody at the office twice and keep being transferred to a number with a voicemail. They do not follow up and accept responsibility on damage claims.

Crew was very professional and fast. Were considerate of the items being moved and the need to be complete. Good experience booking, I had to change dates and it was no issue.

Tevian and Johnnie were excellent. Worked extremely hard, timely, took great caution with fragile boxes, super respectful and willing to go the extra mile. Thank them both for making such a stressful time a joyous one. Highly recommend..!

The organized planning was a huge help. When I called in with questions, someone was always there to answer. We had a packing crew and a moving crew. The packing crew did a good job packing our items safely. The moving crew really humped it to get things on and off the truck. Both crews were polite and respectful of our belongings. Both crews worked very hard!

The movers were prompt and very professional. They took very good care with our furniture but also moved very quickly. I appreciate that they were so efficient and will definitely use them again
