The movers broke my TV and bed frame. I didn't pay the extra $90 for the insurance so I didn't report it. I'm very disappointed as it was a short move with very few pieces of furniture. If they can't do a simple job correctly, I doubt they can handle large scale moves.

Overall the service was great. I appreciated the professionalism and diligence of the team to pack items well and place them when they unloaded. one of our items was damaged during the move; a glass coffee table top. I was hoping Coach or someone from the office would have followed up. These things happen, but slightly disappointed by no follow up.

My husband and I were super impressed with the two gentlemen who moved our power reclining sofa and loveseat upstairs. Their skill and strength was amazing! The guys from the Carrollton office, (a.k.a. The A Team), Edgar, James, Tybiah and Desmond, were wonderful. They were polite, professional and very entertaining. It was our second move in less than 36 days. This one was much smoother, less stressful and not as exhausting. Moving is tough enough, but if you have to, be sure to request the A Team. You won't regret it.
