Zack (sp?) (the fellow from New Zealand, was exceptional. The other guys were good, and worked really hard. We ran overtime, but part of that was that my wife wanted certain things in specific spots in the storage unit, and that took some extra time. Zack seemed troubled by their inability to finish faster, and by that, I think he was sorry they couldn't move faster and cost us more money, but he accommodated us and was courteous throughout. Kudos especially to him. One of the other two guys had a personal emergency and had to leave, and that slowed them down too, and I was not happy about that, because we really needed the 3 people, and the rate didn't go down proportionally when he left, which I didn't think was right, as we contracted for 3 men and only had 2 for a good while.

The movers were almost 3 hours late, but it wasn't their fault because the previous client had added more than originally requested for the move. In spite of the inconvenience, the movers were professional, quick and had a great attitude. We were for sure not going to use Two Men and a Truck again, but after interacting with the two movers, we would definitely hire Two Men and a Truck again. I would just ask for some sort of back up plan in the future if there are such great delays. Thank you!

Movers did a very good job. There were several spots on wood furniture where the corners rubbed through the plastic. There was also a piece of wood furniture that a chip was broken off the top. I reported this to movers, but I haven’t heard from anyone about coming to repair. Movers did a very good job.

The initial call to setup the service could have gone better. The crew seemed surprised that I had about 40 boxes to move, in addition to the heavier furniture items. The person I talked to to set up the appointment never asked me about boxes, so I assumed that would be included. Anyhow, the crew was great about the "additional items" and moved them anyway, but it was very stressful as they kept saying they had another job and it made me want to rush. I wish I could have had them all day. We ended up getting a lot of the boxes and items ourselves and worked until 4 AM. Two Men and A Truck are a good service, this was just poor planning.

Great moving experience - quick and efficient. Would hire again. They moved us in the pouring rain and with smiles on their face!!

The guys did a great job moving my furniture, they even put the bed skirts on and re-hooked up my TV and cable. They showed up an hour late, and were not the fastest movers I have ever seen. But, overall I was a happy customer.

On time, efficient, courteous, professional. Went over the bill in detail and asked if they could help with anything else before they left!!!!’
Outstanding job by the movers.
The only downsides were that I booked so far in advance that I wish I would have received a call several days before to confirm. I got nervous that the move was still reserved and called to confirm. Also, the person who reserved my move underestimated the time it would take to load up. I even questioned her about it at the time, so I was prepared for it on move day.

I will never use this service again. Hidden fees nothing was properly explained. The guys that actually moved is did a ok job i felt couldve been much better. Manager did give me a partial refund which was on the lower end but i was suprised he gave anything back. Movers hr late, move slow, didnt communicate with each other well. If you use this company be very aware of what you will be paying for.
