I have had many moves over the last 20 years. My one before this the men broke furniture and classes and were GRUMPY. This time the men were very happy and worked together very well. When they work together, there is a better move and the attitude is positive. Great guys!

Movers were on time and ready to go. They were very careful with fragile items. All items were adequately wrapped to prevent damage when necessary. The moving team worked well together. We have moved about twenty times and this was a smooth one. Even local moves can be difficult if not handled well. We would use Two Men and a Truck again.

The team went over & above. Their attitude & desire to please was excellent from the moment they walked in. They were professional, efficient, very hard working & especially caring of my belongings. They were an overall pleasure. I thank them very, very much for a job well done. FANTASTIC men! I have used you many times & I am ALWAYS pleased. You have a wonderful company. The office staff was incredible as well. I appreciate everything being explained so thoroughly by the office & the men arriving at my home.
I will use you again.

Great experience! The only thing that could have been a little better is I didn’t get an explanation from the office regarding mileage charges.

We have only two charges: A one-time travel fee (covers getting the truck to your old address, and from your new address back to our hub) and our hourly fee that covers your moving services in between. This should have been explained by our moving specialist on the phone, and is always included on the confirmation you receive by email. My experience with was terrible. My move was on February 26. Two items were damaged. I called the office that afternoon and was promised a call back the next day from the manager. I got an email from him (Mark), 6 days later. I spoke with another manager (Josh) and he explained that he and Mark had been out of the office, but that the office staff "was out of the loop" and that was why I hadn't received a call. Both Mark and Josh made sure that I was aware that they had no control over when I would be contacted about getting my furniture repaired. 11 days later, I still haven't heard from anyone. I don't believe that I've ever experienced worse customer service.

Joseph and Ian were wonderful. Amazing attitude and work ethic, did the job in less time than estimated and were kind and helpful and professional thru out this stressful experience. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The 3 gentlemen who responded to my appointment were PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, and CAREFUL. They did a great job, completing the task in 2 hours and were very patient with the placement of what seemed like 5,938 boxes and one sofa. Highly recommend for anyone thinking of local moves or just unloading like we did. Thank you!!!
